works particularly for continuous use with any hard and abrasive materials through uniform flow. Vibrating feeder is installed before crushing equipment in stone crushing plant to feed the crushing equipment evenly.

Vibrating Feeder adopts the vibrating motor to produce vibration force. It is mainly used for evenly feeding materials. Because of the function of rod screen deck/grit-shaped screen, it can screen away soil contained in the raw material, and increase the capacity of primary crushing.

Vibrating Feeder can be used for dosing, batching, mixing and a variety of other applications. SBM vibrating feeder is ideal as a discharge feeder, or for conveying dry bulk material in the processing stage. It has been tested for synchronized flow of materials to the crusher, screening system and to the conveyors.

In Steel, Glass, Foundry, Concrete, Chemical, Recycling, Mining Power, vibrating feeder is widely applied. Those materials crushed in stone crushing plant can all be conveyed by vibrating feeder, such as powder, plastic pellet, dry chemicals, glass cullet, coal, metals, ore, minerals, aluminum, mining and aggregates, grains, seeds, pharmaceutical products, dry detergents, ceramic, textiles, rubber, fibers, feed, wood chips, salt, sugar and so on

Vibrating Feeder Working Principle

Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, The materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
