Belt conveyors

consist of standard parts and are widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials and packaged materials. The density of the material is 1.0t/m3 -1.6t/m3 and the transferring obliquity is ≤ 18 degrees. The accumulating angle is 30°degree and the belt conveyor is suitable for materials whose density is below 2.5t/m3 .

In stationary crushing plant and mobile crushing plant, belt conveyor is greatly applied to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. With simple structure, easy maintenance and standard parts, belt conveyors are widely used in mining, metallurgy industry, coal industry, etc.

transfer system can be one single or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipment according to various transferring requirements. SBM belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.

The length of belt conveyor is not limited to the data in the specification. We can customize it. Single set or unit of multi-sets of belt conveyor can be chosen.
