Stone Crushing Production Line Process Introduction

Stone crusher production line processes generally: (Silo)—vibrating feeder-- jaw crusher-- impact crusher -- vibrating screen (as can be finished). Conveyor belt will be used among the equipment to connect the stone crushing plant.

First, stone or rocks will be transported by the vibrating feeder evenly into rough preliminary broken machine (jaw crusher) to crush, and then into production of crude materials by conveyor belt to counterattack Breakers (Impact Crusher) for further broking and Grinding. After crushed, the stone materials or gravel rocks are sent into vibrating screen for screening of different specifications stones according to the requirements of size. Substandard stones will be sent back into counterattack Breakers once again broken.
